Camera and sound problem iphone6s

1-iphone 6s 64GB

2-IOS 10

3-Problem is (actually there is two problems😎):

Prob-1:when i open camera it stuck

Prob-1:some times during playing music sound suddenly stop/mute

4-Trobleshooting for problem1: it work when i switch to video mode and back to photo then it work fine ...i repeat this process every time ...i buy new iphone 6s (Despite of these problems i love this device)

5-Trobleshooting for problem2: only restart😎

please tell me any solution

Hello,

Due that you claim that you are running iOS 10 which is still in Beta, i would advice you to restore your device to the latest official version of iOS and you do so by following;

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Beta means that the iOS version is not finished and is still under development which can cause these issues.

Dear I face this problem from day one when I buy this mobile

Then it has iOS 9 so I decided may be after upgrade to iOS 10

This problem may be resolved .i have not beta version original ios10.
